Hi, I am here to share my own experience with Panasonic AC.I bought this AC in summer that is in the month of May this year 2016 to overcome heat as it was too hot.I purchased it from a showroom.
The AC was fixed in a room within 2days after purchasing and the service is good.I was not satisfied with the AC cooling as it is not covering the entire room.Later after one month of using there arised some issues with this AC.Firstly the alignment of a fan was placed wrongly this was rectified by a technician after calling to the service centre.After solving this issue I noticed one more that is leakage problem of gas as there is a warranty for one year so company people came and resolved the problem without any charges and they took one week to fill up the gas after calling so many times.The service is average we cannot expect a quick response.
Within two months there occurred two problems in this AC so I could not say that it will work for a longer time.I suggest you think once before going for this product.
