In April 2016 I bought one 1.5 T split inverter
AC from an authorised dealer in Kolkata. The company took 20 days to install after delivery.
On installation itwas observed that blower in the indoor unit was broken. After writing many mails and telephone calls they changed the blower after nearly 40 days. Alignment of fan in the outdoor unit was wrong, however the technician rectified the problem. The AC ran for 10 days only, after that it was observed that there is a gas leakage problem. Then they took another 15 days to fill up gas. The AC ran for two months but cooling was not satisfactory. Now again( 04.10.2016) the AC is not cooling. Quality control of PAnasultansonic is very very bad. Don't buy PAnasultansonicac. I am using Daikin AC for many years without any problem, performance also excellent.
