I have been using the Panasonic 1.5 ton (YC-1 model) ac for 4 months now and can safely say its a great product. The quality of the product is definitely superior in the price range (Rs.27, 000) with the entire unit imported from Malaysia with Japanese compressor.
Two weeks after installation I got a very small rattling noise checked by Panasonic service centre who immediately responded and thoroughly checked the issue and fixed it.
I am quite satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a High quality, reliable Japanese tech. based product.
