I bought this pAnasultansonic 32D400D 32 inch led tv @ rs 16000 from amazon.in and I am totally satisfied with the product. The screen quality us better than any other samsung or sony led TV's. At this price you only get 24-26 inch samsung or sony led tv. So its worth spending 16000. It came with free tv stand. It is a HD TV and supports all HD channels. It also have smart menu where you can connect your USB device LIKE pendrive or mobile phone directly. The TV is sleek in design and fits into small space. The service and costumer support is also very good. When I recieved the product I asked costumer care for installation and they had given a quick response and came with in 2-3 days for installation without any fees. So if you are looking for a budget led tv you should definately go for this product.
