Panache L'Oreal salon and spa at Viman Nagar, Pune is impressive.
In fact Much better than a few other new and 'bigger' spas in the town.
In short,
Service is good & generous.
Therapist/Staff - They are well mannered, courteous, understanding and expert, makes you feel special and comfortable.
Front desk is quite Impressive, generous, soft spoken. They are trained in building up a good rapport with the customers.
One suggestion to the Salon --> Please use L'oreal shower gel instead of the cheap one you have in there.
I will go there again, and would recommend it to my friends too.
Overall a good experience, You should go and Give it a try!
