Hi there everyone and I am blessed just hotel last night and I'm very much surprise with the customer service room quality food fragen ambience and the welcoming of guest by the staff.
if I talk about the room quality of the hotel the rooms are for the divided into the price range if you take a superior room or if you want to Superior room you can say about 2999 for one night room inclusive Wi-Fi free Wi-Fi chilli and a good customer service although the rules with the lower price is also good room for clean and tidy all the bed sheets are clean and tidy and the toilets of the room is good the light boards a light in the fans at the AC are working good.
the main highlight of this hotel is the guest services that has been provided by the staff of the hotels and I am very much surprised and very much fine with the customer service or guest service given by the hotel the staff welcoming you with a bunch of red roses in a v a beautiful fragrance and it and they behave with you very nicely so this is my first interaction and there is a telephone in the room in which you dial a certain number for the customer service and I also try the customer service from my room and it is very quick and about 30 seconds they came to your room for your services I can't find any type of has almond from the staff and it the staff is very good and educated even the boys and the staff is very humble and very polite so I am very much surprised and very much satisfied with the customer service.
the second main important part of this hotel is the food given by the hotel to the customers the food is included in my room price of 2999 INR so it is good the food includes the pure veg thali because I am a pure vegetarian so it includes the pure veg menu of kadai paneer four tandoori roti buttermilk with some sweets dry papad and Ana pure veg mix veg.taste of the food is also good the presentation of the food is eye-catching even they are presented the food in the white ceramic plate and they also give you the salad for the first time and even though you can eat more and more you want you can eat so very good in the field of food and presentation.
as I said in the above review they welcoming you with a bunch of red roses in a fragrance in it so the ambience of the hotel is very very good there is a lot of perfume spread in the hotel and the perfume is very good in smile in whole hotel ambience is very nice sweet little fragrance in every corner of the hotel is coming out and the ambience is good that's it.
I am from Bhopal and other people of Bhopal I said that in the prices of 2999 INR this hotel fulfills all my satisfactory needs so it is a value for money for me and if you want a little bit less amount you can go for 1999 INR room this is a valley for money hotel must visit this hotel if you are travelling to Mumbai for 2 days thank you so much.
