Hi I had bought palio 1.2 petrol in 2001. I was very much fidda with the car looks, space inside, and most importantly the comfort and the driveability of the car.
i had kept the car very well from the very bigining, had serviced from the service center regularly.
although the quality of service which I was provided was very horrible.
i am also having Wagon R, an Indica, that I take to service centers for regular sevices, but I state that the services of maruti is No1 and tata is also good at services
You will not belive it that at service center of Palio, I can name it also Vivek Automobile, Delhi, Mathura road, is so horrible and so much curropt those people are that if you bribe them they can change the old and worn out spares of your car with the good one in some budies other cars. More I dont want to tell you about it because . u all can understand
Secondly regarding the spares of the car, its wrong perception among all of us that spares of palio are costlier than other cars in that segment, my friends its not, its only the labour charges which these service center people charge is 2 times more costlier than maruti and also tata
Now i have request from all to please guide me for overhauling the engine of palio 1.2 petrol.
although I had drven it 75, 000 km the piston rings of my car has worn out, so please guide me where should I overhaul the engine, as in showroom they gave me budget og 45000 rupees, can I get the original spares some where else near delhi and get it repaired from outside or take my car to service center
