I have one of the worst experience with this shop, I purchased a washing machine at 1200 PM in afternoon which they promised to deliver to me by same day evening, I kept waiting and following up multiple times, I got an assurance it will be delivered in some time.
Finally some one calls me at 2130 to say I cannot deliver it today but assured me to deliver by 11 AM next day, but next day almost same story after multiple followups it got delivered at 1 PM that also 1 person the driver only came to deliver and he carried the the item in the fashion which is marked NO NO in the box.
This was not end of the story Engineers was suppose to come next day to provide a demo , when no call was received by me or my wife we called Samsung they told, no one has logged a docket for the same and finally we logged the request for demo. Horrible service. I would say No to PAI.
