The movie must flaunt that it is the best movie, that one could have ever imagined existed back in the 13th century, the movie has tremendous performances by the Lady Deepika, Shahid Kapoor and the beast Unleashed Ranveer Singh. though the story has upholding of the Maharaj of Mewar and the kingdom, so there were amass controversies and upraisals against the movie first in the Rajasthan and then in Gujarat and other states. But all apart, the story proves worthy of the investments by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, his wit in making the movie has to be praised highly.
the story is about the beloved couple Rani Padmavati and the king Maharawal Ratan Singh. Rani Padmavati is the beautiful lady of her times. and so there was a fame and obsession to have her in life.
on the other end is Sultan A;laudin Khilji, who is abound to win to hold the Hindustan in his arms and so wanted a lady Padmavati for her beauty, and was totally opulent in behaviour to have her. and the protests against the Sultan, being a Rajput, is worth watchinh.
the overall performance by the beast Ranveer Singh is the best, and Shahid Kapoor has left no stones unturned in proving his worth.
So the movie should be watched in a God Ticket.
