We were traveling in Kerala Express from Trivandrum to Jolarpettai. Ordered lunch at Ernakulam station(order id 37291) and dinnerĀ at Coimbatore(order id 37295).
The chicken biryani we ordered for lunch got delivered at Ernakulam station. But the biryani was same as the one which is available in the pantry car.! Moreover, the food was of very very bad quality. The biryani had a cheap sour taste which we could not eat.
When the call center agent contacted me, I tried to explain the bad quality of the food, but he interrupted my talk and started talking non-stop. Later I cancelled my dinner order with them.
Travelkhana has such a pathetic service and annoying call center agents. What they serve is cheap quality food which is available in the pantry car.
It was the first time I ordered with Travelkhana and the experience was very bad. Such a terrible service, will not recommend this service to anyone.
