PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
We went to THE latest multiplex at lko PVR at Phoenix Mall (on 11 sept, 2215 show, ticket no-0017762)just for one reason that it has got recliner in GOLD Class, but to my dismay it was pathetic experience as out of three seats (Q-8, 9, 10)only two recliners were working. We've complained about the same to the available people even before the beginning of the movie, and kept repeating the same to them after 30 mins of movie gone.
After half an hour time one fellow responded with one electrician to fix that up, but in vain he could not get that fixed up. During Intermission i've complained it to some more people on duty in the Lobby (one was sardar & other's name was Nayar) and asked them to call the floor manager so that the problem could be discussed or a refund could be settled, but all in vain Nobody has turned up.
I've even left my seat & audi nos. to both of the fellows but they smilingly went towards audi 5&6 and never turned back.
I am really surprised to experience the same as its a just opened setup, and this way how will these people continue?
I've seen the management at PVR in Vinayak Allahabad, the manager was so courteous that he guided me personally eo my Audi and extended his help even inside the Audi.
As i've booked the ticket from their website (booking i.d-LKPU0000001792) I've sincerely asked them for a redressal on the same.
I am seriously expecting their response to the mentioned experience, before I initiate my consumer rights.
