There are several complaints on consumer complaint forums for this, and am just adding it to the list.
I tried booking a gift card from PVR for a friend, money got deducted, transaction failed, bank says money has gone, PVR is unreachable!
Hats off to you PVR!
What a neat scam you are running. With tons of people complaining for this, I am sure they know the issue, but just want to turn a deaf ear to it.
No matter what theatre experience you give me, I am not coming again to these frauds.
