PVR Gold class - Orion mall, Bangalore is one of the worst place to watch a movie, nothing is gold class in here, I had a horrible experience in every aspect of movie watching experience they highlight and charge a premium price.
I watched a movie - Thor on 9th November 2013, bought 3 tickets each costing me 780 Rs with a total of 2340 Rs, such a waste of money and time, following are the highlights of the premium movie watching experience.
1) The swipe card machine doesn't work in the premium class, had to wait for 15 minutes to get it swiped from the other counter and another surprise the amount swiped is incorrect, great! another 15 minutes of waiting
2) The recliners( seats) doesn't work, it has loose wiring problem, you fix one and the other goes out, so you go out to complain to the manager, oh wait a minute, where's the Manager? here he comes after 10 minutes and the Einstein figures the loose connection and then the electrician show up after another 5 min, the problem is not fixed, so they have a plan, shift to the seats that are vacant in the front row, I paid to sit in the back row not in the front, the answer this is all we have got, can't help.
3) 3D Glasses - has dirty stains on it, really with finger prints and no one even care to clean it and give it you
4) the complimentary water bottles, never existed and if you ask for one, they treat you as if you are there just to have one of them
5) The Service inside the movie hall, ordered for a pop corn in the interval and received it just before the movie got over with a bill, so did I get to eat the pop corn that I had ordered for, NO
The whole experience was humiliating and the premium price they charge you with all those promising of the movie watching experience is fake, please do not waste your money and time on this fake gold class thing, particularly in PVR - orion mall
