I am using this pvrcinemas website from last 1 years , never had any problem it was really a great convenience booking tickets online. Till now done around 2 thousand Rs transaction in this website.
Last month 30thMay 2009 I was trying to book tickets for the 8:50 Pm show, it was around 6 Pm I *started checking for the shows and timings luckily I found my favorite movie and seats were available, filled all the details like show , time and selected the seats and proceed towards payment filled my credit card details and clicked submit and later it took my HDFC master card secure code password …and waited waited after 2 minutes nothing happened later it gave some error saying that transaction did not complete. No tickets nothing … later I received an SMS from HDFC saying that Thanks for using HDFC credit card for PVR cinemas for 700/- Rs.
I called up HDFC Credit card customer care they said PVR transaction is complete and also PVR has claimed the 700/-Rs , representative asked me to contact PVR so that they will refund the money back … I browsed the PVR site found some mail ids and a contact number it was Gurgaon Haryana number Tel:91 124 4708080 , tried calling them many times no answer …later I decided to e-mail them to there ids feedback@pvrcinemas.com , sales@pvrcinemas.com no response or reply from them … so againcalled HDFC credit card customer care after 10 days …now they asked me to filla Charge Dispute Form and fax the same to them …waited for 5 more days …luckilyPVR refunded the money back it was credited back to my account… Thanks to HDFC for speedy processing.
PVR online its really a big ace ..so better don’t use this site …
