HAVE BEEN USING KOTAK PVR CREDIT CARD, AND GET MOVIE TICKETS FROM KOTAK. FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME AS I SHOWN THE M-COUPON AT THE BOOKING COUNTER AT(ORION MALL, RAJAJI NAGAR) AND GOT THE TICKET. IT WAS REALLY CUSTOMER CONVENIENT AND FRIENDLY. THERE AFTER THEY STOPPED ENTERTAINING AT THE DESK OR AT THEIR(PVR) SUPPORT CENTER. I AM PUZZLED THRICE. TRIED BOOKING THE TICKETS ONLINE MULTIPLE TIMES BUT IT SAYS "BAD TRANSACTION YET DEDUCTED FOR THE REFRESHMENT ORDER WHILE MAKING PAYMENT TWICE. SUPPORT CENTER WILL SAY THAT PAYMENT REFUND IS PROCESSED AND WE CAN USE THE M-COUPON AGAIN POST 30-60MINS. WTF! WHO HAS THAT MUCH TIME TO GO FOR THE FUNG LUCKY DRAW TRYING DAILY. WHEN CALLED THE SUPPORT CENTER THEY THE TECHNICAL ISSUES. BUT NO EMPATHY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO SUPPORT TO BOOK THE TICKET FROM THEIR END, SIMPLY DICTATING. I WAS PISSED HENCE CHANGED THE CREDIT CARD ONLY, NO MORE PVR ST. GETTING 50% AND BUY 1 GET 1 FREE OFFER FROM THE PAYTM & BOOKMYSHOW FOR NO TRANSACTION, HERE GOTTA SPEND 7500 TO 10000 /MONTH TO FACE THE TECHNICAL ISSUE.
LEARNING FOR KOTAK AS WELL FOR BEING PASSIVE TOWARDS THEIR APPROACH TO CUSTOMER. I WOULD HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT ONLY IF THEY WOULD HAVE NOT CHANGED MY CARD.
NEVER RECOMMEND PVR, PLEASE BOOK YOUR TICKETS VIA PAYTM & BOOKMYSHOW ETC AND PAY LESS.
