We had booked our seats for a movie on Wednesday. Though we were happy to get the discounted rates(Wednesday), we had waited a pretty long time to watch the movie. After we arrived at pvr for our show, we were shocked to see our seats were broken(Happy new year - wed - G9, 10, 11, 12 seats). It was really uncomfortable to sit there for a whole 3 hour movie. The worst was when people had to move in and out, we would literally be bouncing on our seats. It made everyone around us at ease.
Close to 12, to top it, they switched off the ac. With a house full show, one can imagine how heated up it could get.Is it cause its a discounted price day, that they get to exploit their services to such an extent?
I wonder what kind of service is PVR really providing and looking into. These are basic services every multiplex should look into. Highly disappointed at this!
