so here it goes
PVR stands for PRIYA VILLAGE ROADSHOW-
It First came to India in PVR Saket at Anupam in Delhi
And was a 4 hall Multiplex the first of its kind in India back in 1998.
Later on it kept on increasing and today has halls all over India.
So what do we have here well PVR is Opening a Massive 11 halls right
Here in Bangalore at the Forum Mall.

PVR Bangalore is India's largest multiplex with 11 screens and is part of a 3, 50,000 sq. ft. family entertainment complex being developed by the Prestige Group. This cinema will redefine the experience of film exhibition in India, with the introduction of Cinema Europa and Gold Class Cinemas both of which will offer a luxurious film viewing experience to select clientele.

ABOUT PVR CINEMA EUROPA
'Cinema Europa and Lounge' brings premium cinema viewing experience to the Indian audience. Luxurious auditoriums in PVR have been custom built and in addition to the luxury environs of the auditorium, the patrons enjoy a Red Carpet treatment and preferential access to the bar and restaurant 'Europa Lounge'.
Highlights include
• Vibrant red, plush reclining seats, double armrests and ample legroom offer patrons a comfortable and relaxed cinema viewing experience.
• The wall-to-wall screen with state-of-the art picture and sound quality, a trademark of all PVR Cinemas Stadium style seating makes every seat a coveted one in the house. There is a special box office (to avoid long queues) and a separate entrance to the hall.

Now how about the pay package, well in the normal gold class halls ticket will cost around 150 bucks each,
For europa where u get the special treatment where u can order the food from inside the hall itself and waiter will deliver
It will cost around 200 bucks each, what do u get in europa …
Well its business class treatment, huge seats with ample space and leg room,
A hall with few seats good crowd and of course 5 star treatment .
In PVR u will be able to buy tickets through Debit or Credit Card too so no more running to the back to withdraw case,
The food court will have excellent food same for the europa lounge but that will come at a cost.
In near future u will be able to book tickets online in advance and pay through ur credit card,
But all these services would attract extra charges,,,,
The sad part is PVR got read in July 04, till now its not opened due to the 7 week ban happening,
Its sad that such a huge multiplex providing 11 halls of different movies that can seat over 1000 people at one time is lying closed and no one is bothered,
It’s a disappointment for movie buffs like me and regular movie goers that are missing out on a splendid time
That PVR has to offer to us…
Hopefully with time things will improve in the city and one would get to watch a movie at PVR…..
