First of all this review is not about pvr saket. its about the membership pvr is offering to its customer. its known as pvr star club membership. first of all let me tell you about the membership. you have to pay a entry level fee of Rs. 375/-. then you will be enrolled for the membership, the membership is generally done in pvr saket. And the benefits of the membership are: you get 1 point every 5 rupees you spent in pvr. in certain no. of points you get a pair of movie tikets or combo free. you get special invitation for premiere shows. you get a separate counter for tickets you get free home delivery of tickets... these are the major benefits. on you cross 1800 or more points your membership is upgraded to platinum in which you get 3 points every 5 rupees you spend. I was totally attracted to this scheme ( well when I took they membership they gave me 2 tickets for bourne supremacy premiere show). after enrolling I ask them when will I be getting the card, they said you will be getting your card within 15 days. so I happily went home. I enrolled myself on 4th of september 2004 after 15 working days that is on 22nd september 2004 I called their customer care to enquire about my card. Now the funny part starts the customer care executive tells me its in processing (as if its a credit card) and it will take another 10 days I agree to them again and I got convinced. after 10 days I called them up again ( its the same girl who picks up the phone with a different name, what a looser pvr is) then I asked her about my card she said it will take another 15 day I was out of my mind, I said I want my money back, she said I will arrange you call back sir, I said ok. immediately after 2 min of that call I called up again (it was the same girl with a different name again though is recognized me funny isn't it) and I said that I don't want my money back, but I want my card by this week that is 4th oct to 11th oct, then I asked her if I can talk to the card in charge she said ok I was real rude that time then to make me happy she told your card is ready and she gave me membership no. and told me you will get your card within 2 days. after 2 days I called up again to enquire, same girl with a different name this time it was out of control she told me it havn't been courier it will be courier on monday 11th oct 2004. if I get I will definitely change my review, but I doubt they are ready with my card or not. but I will suggest you not to get attracted to their stupid offer. its jus a blockage of money. pvr thinks customers are fool. I am all ready to launch a complaint to consumer rights, lets see................ otherwise you know whom to believe!!!!!!!!!!!
