Since I am thin, I didn't even want to reduce weight but let the green tea act like a filter that would help me flush toxins out of my body. My dad is more like a organic items consumer. So, he bought me this organic green tea pack. It is a little expensive compared to the other brands.
I have finished one of its pack so far and have been very satisfied with the product. What I do is use one dip-dip pack three times. How? Dip the pack for about 6 to 7 times in a your water cup and keep it in the freezer. This is in the morning before breakfast. Have the green tea and then your breakfast with an interval of 30 minutes. Repeat the same process in the evening or night(before sleeping).
Keep the pack again in the fridge, and the next morning when you wake up, rub this packet on your face. It hydrates your skin and nourishes it as well.
