I applied for a loan with the Trivandrum Branch of PNBHFL. Their office is in statue. My documents were handled by an individual by the name of Gopakumar.
What a complete mistake I made.
They charge a processing fee(around 12k) when we submit the loan application. Beware this amount is taxed and you get only a small portion back if the application is rejected. Also they will take 6 plus months to refund this.
I am still waiting for my refund. Also the communication from their management and employees are completely misleading, unfriendly. I am lucky my application was rejected. After going through the comments of other customer, I am glad I did not take one. But please dont try this. once bitten twice shy.
