I want to share this review about PNB Housing Loan.
My Home Loan through DSA at PNBHFL was cleared within a week with no much hurdles. However, for my PMAY - Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna Subsidy. I have been chasing staff since 2 years. I was asked to re-apply twice because once it lost my application and documents. Now the issue is, after a year my ROI is increased from 8.50% to 9.15% and I am getting options from market to shift loan at 8.65% or so. But I am unable to do so because if I switch loan then my subsidy will get bounced if PNBHFL Loan account is closed.
Now, PNBHFL is neither proceeding for PMAY nor it is sharing clear status of my application. I am helpless and paying higher interest, don’t know how long it’ll take.
I approached RBI and then NHB that governs complaints against NBFC like PNBHFL. Reply is awaited from all.
Staff is really irresponsible and lethargic, untrained. Even Customer care functioning is hopeless.
