For my interest-rate continuously increasing every month and I have applied for reduce my interest rate for two months before but till now no one is taking care of the customers. I have seen the worst customer service in the Pnb bank now I am. I am very tied with Pnb Housing Finance. I was never recommend anyone to take long from the Pnb Housing Finance and even those in Manager this was not supported, they’re not taking any action even those they not reply for the mail calls the worst worst worst customer service. Seriously I am I have. I will mail on your company portal. Also I will give my all feedback this is ridiculous. My interest rate is almost 13% and when I was visited to branch the manager said we will do it after two days and I did the pre-payment also and they also denied for taking the pre-payment for the amount. They said you can put only you can deposit only the no tired among just less amount. I will not mention the name, but I will give continuously my review on your portal. It’s a very worst condition for the Pnb bank for the customer service where he was condition and I was working in Dubai. I came for only for my interest rate because no one I was merely so many time from there but no one is replying so I am tried and I came here in India.
