I had to takle a loan of 25 lakh and this proved to be the worst decision ever, going with this pathetic bank(PNBHFL), is what they call themselves.
They have most customer non centric agents, who after getting money will run away and they will call you for each and everything to their office.
On top of that they have even pathetic supervisors, who try and avoid calls as well. I my case, they took 3-4 weeks for the amount disbursement, while the project was already approved(2 years ago) and they had current loans for the under construction property.
Pathetic guys had me leave my office and visit them on working days for small small things, which is really a irritation, I was promised, I will have to come only once to their office.
On top of that they provide me check late on Saturday(7:30 PM) so that they can enjoy free interest for a day(since Sunday, nobody will deposit the cheque).
This would go for a branch in Pune, Maharashtra, Dated August 29th 2015. Please avoid PNBHFL at all cases.
They do not have proper escalation matrix or any email ids which would give you any responses.
