Want to pay insurance premium but metlife.co.in never opens. I tried multiple times today. I am not sure whether I should continue with smartplus or switch. What's the penalty if they close the fund? Does any smartplus customer knows if they have insurance cover that they promised for 100 years. Why should the fund value be less than the total amount submitted so far. Are they losing money in stock market? Can anyone guide whether we should pay the next premium or close out.
