Recently I bought new policy from PNB Metlife. On 8th Nov 2016, I received text message on mobile that my Policy documents are delivered on 7th Nov and if not, contact customer care number.
I didn’t receive it so I called customer care. They provided me with Blue Dart reference number and told I need to speak to courier company. I called them and to my surprise it was not on my name and address.
I called customer care back and they told they can’t do anything. I said I want to speak to mAnasultanger. Advisor said mAnasultanger will call back. But no one called back.
I raised a complaint on PNB Metlife online portal and send email to indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in and told them to investigate and said if you can’t help I will cancel it. To my surprise the person replied on email(Harpreet Singh), didn’t even bother to resolve the issue or even tried to look into it and just send me instructions to cancel the policy.
What a great customer service once you are stuck with Metlife.
It’s been 3 days now and no one contacted to resolve the issue and I have still not received any documents.
Customer service agent told me to apply for duplicate policy and go to branch to submit form. Why will I go to branch to apply for duplicate documents when I have not received original and it’s not my mistake and PNB Metlife people are not accepting their mistake and not ready to investigate it.
They are telling me to work with Blue Dart to get documents. Blue dart has delivered documents for the address they have got. I have not paid them so I can’t question them if they received my documents to deliver or not or if they have delivered to wrong address and Metlife customer service is so great that they don’t want to take responsibility now.
