I feel this review is:
Worst customer service ever. No response to mails even after daily 3rd or 4th followup. Money from surrendered policy not credited after a week. They make you feel exhausted and fed up following up even for maturity benefit claims or surrender. I can only imagine the distress of dealing with them in times such as death or disability or disease or accident or old age.
