I have been using Pmpl broadband from last 2 months which is available in whole west bengal. Below I am going to share my experience as pros and cons
Pros: 1.Gives good perring speed in torrents around 9mBps which is the only advantage of this ISp.
2.Gives happy hours during night hours from 12am to 8am when u get double the speed for the plan you applies for like I have a 512 kbps connection and during happy hours I get 1mbps.
Cons: 1.Very poor customer service.
2.Server down frequently.
3.Service charge is also high compared to other isp available here like alliance and wishnet or siti cable.
Overview: I won't recommend to get this Isp better go for alliance which gives very better service at better price!
