I have used PMPL broadband for more than 3 years in Kolkata area. Browsing speed is sometimes good but most of the times it's very slow. Buffering speed is bad but peering speed is good.
Connection reliability is awful. You won't get any internet connection atleast twice a week, even you might spend the whole monsoon without any internet. Apparently, their servers are always down/in maintenance and they take a lot of time to fix their issues( Ranges from 2 days to 2 weeks) .
Support service is not good either. You won't be able to reach them most of the time. Even if you do, they will give you a vague solution like contact your local office, on the other hand local office says contact customer support.
It's better to stay away from PMPL.
