Hi Friends!Today I am going to write my review about PASHUPATI "Scoopers & LaReine" - Aliganj - Lucknow.It is a Bakery shop located in Eldeco Complex Puraniya Chauraha Aliganj .Its timings are 10 Am to 11 Pm.They serve Bakery items and ice cream.Lets have a detailed review about them below-
Food And Presentation-As I already said that they serve confectionery items and ice creams so do not hope for any thing else accept to these items .Talking about the quality of food so it is good fresh and tasteful.Ice creams are also tasty and fresh .Blueberry Cake and Oreo Cakes are very tasty and good in quality.In Desserts Chocolate Pudding, Rum Ball are must try items as they are so yummy and tasty and you can get the best taste of these items only here as the quantity of every ingredient is very proper and they have also maintained the taste and quality of these item so well.Talking about there presentation of food so it is fabulous as they take too much care of hygiene and serve you food in hygienic way, they know exactly how to place the food in plates so it woo the customer.The presentation is pleasing.
Ambience-Talking about the ambience so ambience is maintained in such manner that it attracts every one towards itself .The entrace of shop is glass made the shop is air conditioned.Talking about inned ambience so the walls are covered with off white sunmice and there are shelf made in walls on which you see the bakery items like breads, pakects of chips etc.There are several counters in which you see the variety of cakes and pastries and other stuff.For sitting they have arrangements of plastic made stools, plastic chairs and table which are comfortable in sitting.The inner ambience is so clean fresh and hygienic you can easily feel the pleasant fragrance of room freshener here .So the ambience here is so peaceful and mesmerizing.
Customer Service-It is satisfactory and over whelming as they are very polite and discipline in talking with customers as they listen your suggestions and advice very carefully and follow them moreover the service of taking order and delivery of order is prompt and perfect with hygiene .Home delivery is also perfect on time.So overall the customer service is satisfactory and good according to my experience.
Value For Money-Yes it is value for money place as they return you full value of your money by serving you fresh and tasty food with good quality .Their items are available at genuine place almost every items is affordable for all and eating pastries and desserts inside their shop in pleasant experience.So I will say definitely it is value for money place.
My opinion about this place that every one should try this place once for tasty pastries and desserts and if you are going to place an order for home delivery of cake then you must try them once as they provide you home delivery on very reasonable price.I will give them 4 out of 5 stars.
