This is my first review ever a bout any class tailors present in Bangalore. due to a friends suggestions and the look of the show- room(Indira Nagar) I decided to get a suit done .(I wanted a class as it was my wedding reception suit). I am of a athlete built so I wanted something not too loose stuff. I asked to get a Chinese collar suit.
Now here the pain starts. The size and measurement was given almost 50 days in advance. and they promised to come for the first trial after some 2 weeks. I happily went . and like always this was a false promise , I need to wait for 1 hour to get the suit to try. and on trial I was bombed. The suit was in bad shape. There was folds and bad fitting lines over chest. which I knew can never be corrected .
Any ways on this There world know tailor said " Sir Chalta hain" and it looks good. I think they need to get some quality people.
Somehow they tried to correct it and it took believe me or not 5 trials to correct that thing. And now biggest disaster happened on the reception day. when 2 of the buttons of the coat just flew away. imagine the groom when his wedding suit button flew away .
In half of the photographs I am in shirt and trouser as I took the coat off. What else can you expect from them . And they happily smiled and said sorry sir.
Does any one may think if they are really reliable.Every time they promise to say sir confirmed delivery is going to be on some day. IT would be never be ready. You got to wait for at least 1 hour or so. and above then all the charges that they are doing is bonkers , Total waste of money.
Tailoring:- 0/10
Service:- -10/10
Store Ambiance/Decor:- 2/10 (just like others)
Convenience of Location:- 5/10
They do not have any explanation of the prices they are charging for the material they use . Mind it not the fabric they use.Other then that I am happy to pay any price if the fitting comes good.And if you get that even in worse shape.
I would like to suggest anyone who is planning to get stitching done from them , never , ever waste your time , money and that special moment which they have devastated for my whole life. Which can not be returned even if they offer me anything in return.
Post that I have tried services of Reid & Taylor . And I was bold with the knowledge and suggestion style they have. Though the prices are same but kind of range and options and above then all the fit is simply superb.
It is a perfect value for money and peace of mind.
