Had a wedding to attend on 27th August, 2017. I book online @ Stay Easy property of Oyorooms.com close to Majestic, Bengaluru. Checked in on 26th August at 12 noon. I was offered a room with dirty sheets. The towel was dirty too. The guy who helps you bring the luggage to the room promptly brings a sheet of paper to review how the room is. Even before you settle down in the room.Aren't they suppose to give this when you vacate.? Nice try. And then.I locked the room and went out for lunch. Came back and tried opening the room. The lock unit came off with the key. Went and complained to the reception. They offered me a different room. This room's sheets were clean. But the window overlooking the common balcony did not have a locking mechanism. Imagine a single lady staying in this room. The next morning, I went to the cafeteria. Only to find one assistant cook chopping vegetables.I asked the reception guy. He asked me to wait for 5 minutes. The breakfast was supposed to be toasts, Omelette, poori-subji, idli, vada and coffee.I dont know how they can make all this in 5 minutes. I went to a STEAMPOTRESTAURANT nearby and had breakfast and left for the wedding. Came back to Chennai and took thismatter up with OYO. They said you have to live with this kind of facility. Since they are not capable of offering anything more. No refund.No vouchers for the breakfast that was not served. Stay away from these OYO jokers.
