Big NO to stay in OYO booked hotels

I booked a hotel in Manali, once I reach a bus stand and call to the hotel i.e. Angel Inn they told me that they have no booking in my name. So I called customer care they said don't worry we will check for you and will get back in 5-10 minutes, I kept on waiting after one hour I recieved a call from the CCE he informed me that due ti some technical glitches we want you to shift to Hotel Silver cottage. The reason I opted for Angel Inn is due to the ambience and pick and drop facility is good. But I was not left with any option just to move to the new hotel which was far from the place where I want to stay.


Next morning when I wake up in the new hotel there was no power to charge my phone, no water to take shower and the complementary breakfast they provide one must have to eat.


Guys I request you all once you book hotel with OYO pull out the number of that hotel and call them to verify if your booking is done.
