I feel this review is:
I reserved in OYO room in kochi, Kerala. I paid full amount and gone with my family. But the receptionist said already another person occupied my room and said no room is vacant. In the night I called OYO. no help got from OYO. Finally I went to my friend house which is 20 km from there in a cab. So far I had not got my money back
