One of the worst experience I had with OYO
Booked hotel with OYO 24302 Blue Park
Payment also made got confirmation from receipt from OYO,
OYO BOOKING ID: HOFV7189 CHECK-IN - 14th Jun'19 CHECK-OUT - 15th Jun'19.
On 14th Hotel has denied the room stating rooms are full, Called OYO customer care I was told they will transfer the call to escalation executive I was kept on hold and call automatically disconnected after 25 mins. No one From OYO bothered to call back.
I had to waste 2 hours in follow up same response calls got disconnected after 25 mins nor OYO Called back.
If was raining heavily I had to stand in reception with whole family, since OYO never cares for its customers I had to search another hotel which was double the cost.
One of the pathetic services by OYO and there customer care.
NEVER EVER BOOK ANY HOTELS IN OYO.
