Hello everyone.
here i'm sharing my views on teeth care.
it is must important to take care of your teeth.
here I will tell you the remedies for some teeth problems.
- REMEDY FOR CAVITIES
take 1tbsp of sesame oil. put it in your mouth. gently swish it for about 10mns. spit it out. do not swollow it. do this daily.
- STRONGER GUMS
brush your teeth with tooth paste adding some salt and lemon juice to it. this will help your gums to be stronger
3.YELLOW TEETH
take some baking soda and lemon juice brush it on your teeth to get white teeth.
- SMELLY MOUTH
take 2-3 cloves keep in your mouth. do not eat it just swish and simply split it out. this will help you to improve your odour.
