Teeth is an important part of your body, which when not taken care of properly, may cause problems to self and others due to bad breath. The simple things one may have to follow for a fit teeth are:
Brush twice daily following the proper brushing rotations(you must see a dentist to get the exact way of brushing to reach all the parts)
In all cases visit the dentist 2 times a year/ get it cleaned if necessary.
No chocolates at night, especially after you brush.
Don't use toothpicks and goggle your mouth everytime after food.
Mouth wash is not necessary but can be taken once a while.
Atlast, if you go to a dentist, you will get a better set of advice than this. I wrote this point now so that u will the whole of it:)
