ORTEL provides broadband connection through HFC Network using broadband DOCSCS 2.0 Cable Modem.
ORTEL providing many plans as per his speed and data limit. I am using 2MBPS plan of the broadband. The broadband connection has good Speed, affordable plans, good customer support but sometimes it's connection becomes slow and sometimes it get disconnected also. Speed of ISP connection;
I have chosen 2Mbps plan but it had never run at that speed.It is quite have good speed in night time as compare to day. it has speed of 1Mbps speed now.Over all it has good speed.and I am satisfy with the it. connection Reability;
The broadband is provided with HFC Network.The broadband connection is not stable,sometimes it is running at good speed and sometimes it get disconnected. The connection has no constancy in his network. If would they over come this problem then it can be more beneficiary to both customers and company. service and support;
I would say,The ORTEL communication company has good a customer service & support. They provide a complaint box to file some complaints that you have. They will take your problem into consideration.I think this is the best thing on ORTEL. They have also given customer care number,to help you.
PROS;
1.Good speed,.2.customer care service is also good,3. Affordable plans are offered,4.Reasonable charges are applied. 5. No installation fees.
CONS;
1.It is get disconnected some time, 2. sometimes it gets very slow.
overall ORTEL Communication is providing some good features but,due to it's inconsistency it is makes some trouble to use.
