My Customer ID is: 00805487 and following is why I observe, Ortel communication is a pain if one avail the service.


Almost every month our cable line is not working. My parents use the internet for calling us to abroad. Apart from the point that they struggle lot to lodge a complaint, the customer care team is just pathetic.


ortel is having a IVR over which automatic complaint is registered. However, when you call for follow up for the complaint on IVR, the customer care do not have any such record. Our connection was not available on 22-Aug-2017 and they took it to resolve by 24-Aug-2017, which is after 2 days of complain. Again the complaint was registered on 02-Sep-17. The customer care team told, they are simply there to record the complain apart from this they can not do any help. You can not escalate with them, you can not talk to technicians.


My Latest complain number is: 4933088


When the technicians come, they say, they got complain only in the morning. It is beyond pain to have a complain every week and wait unlimited time to get it resolved.


In summary:




  1. The customer care, are dissaster in Ortel. They do not have any link with other departments.




  2. The front office people do not have a clue on complaint lodged on IVR system, which makes the complaint even longer to resolve.




  3. The connection does not work most of the times in any month . And they want you to complain every day if the problem persists.




  4. They do not adjust the bill for the discontinued period. when asked, they advise us to go to their office and talk to different team




  5. They do not have a followup or quality assurance system.
