Ortel Communication is one of the very popular Communication in Odissa market. Most of the people connected with Ortel. My point of view for Ortel is that I do not believe on Ortel's Internet connection because its performance is very poor. I would never use it as my primary Internet connection always Ortel used as a secondary option for Internet. I have Net connection in my office where I do job but many time Ortel's internet connection happen disconnected so My boss took BSNL's connection and left Ortel.
It's customer services are also very poor. They do not take any care of their customers internet related problem. If you will call them, it happens very rarely they pick your phone if they pick they never talk with politely and they will send service man to your place in delay. Internet speed also didn't very satisfy. If you want to harass your self then you should take Ortel connection to your homes or your offices. But they never forget to take bill payment every time comes, on the bill payment date. For this type of performance Ortel going to lose their many customers. I am one of them.
I suggest to all of you its performance is very poor please don't wast your time and your mind with Ortel.
At last I have to only say that if Ortel will perfecting their customer services and Internet speed related performance then many people like me who had fed up with Ortel they can easily believe on Ortel.
