I'm a employees in irtel communications ltd. This company has a very poor system for employs. They did not care aboit them. They only wants to grow stock price at any cost. In this Mettler ortel communication cut down employees salary. The poor employees serves at a very loop pay. Thy demands very high and don't have want to pay high for there hard work. The main thing that I observe it that in ortel they inner politics exist. Good people don't like these kind of companys. Keep finding good company don't settled with ortel.
