They need to improve on customer care front. I wonder what the firm's manager is doing. I saw drastic difference in cust care between the time I bought the bike, and afterwards, when I went there for servicing. They are not punctual too, for they asked me to visit them to collect some pending coupons and gifts, just to disclose later that they were out of stock.
To add icing to the cake, they did it twice..lol. They are doing so many transactions every day for sure. Also because of demand surge, despite bad customer care they will sale bikes.... the manager is sleeping I guess...and for that matter, the owner as well.
