I am a consultant of Oriflame on a manager level.My pre-paid order dated 9th April is yet not been received by me, reason Oriflame Mumbai gave it to a courier who misplaced my parcel.Now Oriflame Mumbai does not want to take the responsibility.I lost Rs.1728 in the transaction.I had made payment through debit card online.When I try to call them on phone I have to wait on the phone for atleast an hour to get a reply.
The reply is a pattern call centre reply, which does not solve your problem.When I email them, Ist they reply, but do nothing.When you send a reminder they do not reply at all.The director level consultants only know to boss, and are ignorant.
