I had no other place to contact so, I am posting a review about the customer service here... I am a consultant with oriflame and recently ordered few products in which I received 2 products in absolutly bad condition....when called them up I was asked to get the products to there center which is 20 kms far from my place....there is absolutly no concern for customer satisfaction...
Even when u call there center u are asked to dail 1 for english or 2 for hindi and in case u missed it somhow d next sentence u here is..." we are still waiting for ur response"..... I call it the rudest sentence I have ever heard...for home delivery u need to place mim order of 1250 rs.at the center u need to make a bill of mim of 1000rs.and there are no testers...if u want then purchase the tester again by paying some money....i am consultant of other MLM companies also but oriflame experience have been the worst....
