Oriflame, the Natural Swedish Cosmetics, play a major role in revolutionizing the Cosmetics market. Right from face make-ups to foot-care, Oriflame has a large number of beauty products which are of a very high-quality. They assure that their Swedish heritage inspires the design of their products and packaging, Understated yet stylish, simple yet sophisticated, a natural minimalist approach are the final signature on all their products.

Though Oriflame products are not very cheap, they are certainly not very expensive. As a user of their products for over 4 years, I could assure that, though Oriflame is a Swedish Company, it is very well-suited for people of all countries. Oriflame products are not sold in the open market – they are available only through Multi-Level Marketing.

Oriflame products range from lipsticks, lip glosses, face make-up compacts, foundations, body lotions, moisturizers, foot creams, pedicure kits, nail polishes, etc. Oriflame also offers fresh discounts frequently and if anyone becomes a member in their website, current discounts and offers are emailed to the members & if desired, they have the option of ordering online itself using their credit cards.

Oriflame is best known for its face make-up products. It offers the best face make-up and make-up remover kits at a very competitive rate. Among the face make-up products, Blemish Concealer is a wonderful product. Although I was too doubtful on how a Concealer could hide our post-pimple marks on the face, my close friend Meeti had recommended the popular and widely used Oriflame Blemish Concealer to me during the occasion of my wedding. Even though I had been using some of the other products of Oriflame for more than 4 years, I was pretty hesitant to apply the Blemish Concealer, but at the same time, who would not want to look their best on an occasion like their own marriage? At the time of my engagement, my Aunty who was the authorised selling agent for Oriflame products, suggested that I could go in for either :

• Light Ivory

• Golden Beige.

I thought of going in for the Golden Beige after perusal of the shades & finally came to a conclusion to give it a try…..& my choice, would you believe……… was an excellent one.

My God, just for Rs. 99/- such a wonderful Blemish Concealer. The best part was that, it really worked on my face & my face was crystal clear in my Betrothal Photos & the Video. The Concealer had miraculously covered the minor blemishes and spots on my face. The Concealer is to be used alone under or over foundation before applying the powder. My Aunty informed me that the Blemish Concealer mainly contains farnesol a gentle anti- bacterial agent to help clear up and prevent further blemishes.

Here are a few helpful tips provided by my Aunt for the best results of the Oriflame Blemish Concealer :

•Cleanse your skin in the morning to remove oil and the dead skin cells that accumulate overnight. Oriflame’s cleanser would be ideal for this purpose.

•Use lukewarm water on your face: water that's too hot can dry out sensitive facial skin.

•Soap is an absolute no-no for the face as it disturbs the natural moisture balance and it takes several days for the skin recover.

•Regular exercise, even just a brisk walk, will give your skin a healthy glow.

The above steps would naturally improve the appearance of the face. Then, while attending weddings / parties, if the Oriflame Blemish Concealer, chosen so that it best suits to your complexion, is used, it could give you the best results & would make everyone to look at you… (yes, it is true yaar..!!!).

Tea Tree - Anti Blemish Solution : Tea Tree Oil and Allantoin help reduce the appearance of spots and Camphor helps soothe and dry out minor infected pimples. The 14 ml. costs around Rs. 150/-.

Aloe - Scrub Gel : Removes dead skin cells that lead to dull and blemished complexion. Contains witch hazel to soothe and tone. 75 ml. costs around INR 198. This apparently, has excellent results as informed by my cousin sister, who is put up at Pune.

Clear + - Spot Control Treatment Gelfor Oily Problem Skin : A clear gel that drys out localised spots quickly and effectively. It eliminates blemishes and restores healthy skin. Helps relieve irritation. Apply small amount directly to spot several times a day. Contains alcohol. 15 ml. cost approximately around INR 230.00.

Tea Tree - Treatment Oil : Intensive anti microbial, soothing treatment. Apply to blemished skin after cleansing with Tea Tree wash & Tone Foaming Gel. 10 ml costs around INR 298.

Tea Tree - Corrective Coverstick : Hide and treat blemishes. Dual purpose anti-microbial corrective cover-stick.

I sincerely thank my Aunt for having given me some of the information furnished by me in this review, which I hope would certainly been of some help to my dearest MS members.
