My parents have been with Oriental Insurance since 12 years. Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with cancer.


As per the requirement we had send all documents including investigation reports, pathology report confirming cancer, hospital records and bills in original form. Despite sending all the documents the TPA(heritage health) is sending letters asking for investigation reports and hospital bills.


It seems nobody has even checked all the documents sent by us. There is usually no response form them on sending emails.


Would not recommend this kind of insensitive insurance company, who is not even interested in checking all the documents.
