Avoid and run away from Oriental India Insurance, they provide typical sarkari style service, I called the customer care 10 times, they just put me on hold and do not bother to pick up the call. Their office is pathetic with their employees not having any proper knowledge of insurance products and services.and have no attitude of providing service to the customers. Avoid Oriental India Insurance.
