We have been buying insurance through their agents Jeevan Suraksha who used to collect premium and offer medicalim policy. We used to buy a family floater. In spite of being continuous policy holder with no claim for six years they on requesting for cash less have held claims first by TPA and then by insurance company for more than a month in the name of case are under examination with technical committee.
At my age of 66 years I have been dealing with insurance companies for last 50 years but this insurance company and their agents are all cheat and rogues. They do not understand their own laws and rules. As a matter of fact it is an eye wash, they do not want to pay clients claims.
