I got to know about this insurance company from my agent and since 5 years I'm paying the installments. About two years ago my daughter met an accident fortunately it was not a fatal accident in which the activa's while front part was required to be changed as it was completely damaged and it required the total amount of 15000 rupees out if which on claiming they assured me to give the money if around 9000 rupees.
But they provided the money after 3 months, they delayed the transaction too much but any how, now I'm having some rebate over my cash.
The officials or staff attitude is good they atleast suite there concern to the problem if the customer and try to resolve not surely.
