On 25th Jan 2017 , I tried to withdraw the amount of 5000 INR from the ATM close to my house(Oriental Bank Of Commerce ,Powai Vihar.) , I received only 3000 INR, one 2000 note and two 500s note, It did not print any slip and thus i cant see that they had deducted 5000 INR from my account.Because I was in need of more money I did one more transaction of 5000 INR , again same thing happened I received only 3000 INR, one 2000 note and two 500s note.No printed slip or balance information was given from that atm though i had requested for it.


I left in rush , Later when i checked my balance from messages I came to k now that they had deducted 10000 INR completely,but I had received just 6000 INR and 4000 INR is falsely deducted from my account.


I tried reaching Customer care representative from hdfc cc team ,who dealt it very casually, and said that I will receive my money as reversed amount in my account,No complaint was logged for this,though i insisted for one.I got busy with my regular routines. I never got any message .Today when I again checked my account the amount of 4000 INR had still not reversed.


Then I again called hdfc CCR ,who logged the complaint and made it easy for me.


I hereby ask that this simple querry about reversal of amount is dealt with a very casual way , as it has been almost a month and no resolution has been provided.Further I would like you to escalate this matter on social platform as i beleive these incidents should be reported.This is not just a small loss but the negligence of their team that they are not able answer and resolve this query. Its me who is suffering and is at loss.I want to give their customer care a ZERO star for this incident.
