Hello friends, I'm here tell you something about this bank. In past I had a very bad experience with this bank.
I'm using this bank from last 3 years till date. In this period I faced many problem.
Once I went to a atm in that demonetisation period. That time the withdrawal limit was 2000INR. I put my debit card in the atm machine of uco bank and put amount of 2000 rupees. I don't know what the hell happened I didn't get any cash but the money was debited to my account. I thought the machine is having some problem. I should try once more. I tried one more time. I put my debit card in that machine again and again I put the same amount. You won't believe I got 2000 rupees and again 2000 rupee was debited to my account.
If the limit was 2000 rupee per day then how could they debit 2000 again to my account.
After getting 2000 thousand I went to bank and got my passbook updated. I was shocked after watching the passbook. There was 2000 rupee debited two times.
I told about this to manager. Manager said you just go to UCO bank and ask them about this. We can do nothing about this.
Then I went to UCO bank and asked about this. Then they told me it's not our fault. It's the bank's fault. They said we can provide just transactions copy nothing else.
To honest I didn't know that time that the limit of withdrawing money is 2000 rupees. I mean forgot about the limit. I told about this to my friend. And then he made me realise that limit of withdrawing is 2000 rupee and how can they debit 2000 rupees to your account in this demonitisation period.
Next day I went to OBC bank again and said them that if the limit of withdrawing 2000 then how can you debit 2000 2 times to my account. Then the manager also appreciated this and realised that Yes we are right. Because the limit is 2000 rupees and we can't debit this 2 times a day.
Then the manager emailed and made a call to someone. Don't know whom did he talked.
He said me to come here next day.
I waited one more day. And next day I went to bank again. Then he said just wait for two days.
I waited two days more.
You won't believe when I used to go to bank, I had to sit there hours and hours. They wasted my alot time.
The manager daily used to say, "Please come here next day"
Now see 3months has been passed and I didn't even get my 2000 money back.
I must say it's the worst bank ever.
